By accessing or using ElectriCISO (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.
ElectriCISO is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform for compliance management, risk management, security governance, and AI-assisted policy work. The Service is delivered via web browser and API.
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove features from the Service at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify customers of significant changes with adequate notice.
To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for:
One account per person. Sharing account credentials between individuals is not permitted. Organization administrators may create sub-accounts for additional users within their subscription tier.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.
ElectriCISO owns all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, including the software, design, branding, AI models, and compliance knowledge base curated by ElectriCISO.
These terms do not grant you any right to use ElectriCISO's trademarks, logos, or trade names without prior written permission.
Your compliance data, policies, evidence files, and assessment records remain yours. ElectriCISO does not claim ownership over any content you create or upload within the platform.
You grant ElectriCISO a limited license to store, process, and transmit your data solely to the extent necessary to provide the Service. This license terminates when your account is closed and data deletion is complete.

We aim to provide reliable, continuous access to the Service but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
Service status and planned maintenance windows are communicated via email to account administrators.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ElectriCISO shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.
ElectriCISO's total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
The Service is provided as a compliance management tool. It is not a substitute for professional legal, regulatory, or security advice. You are responsible for the accuracy of your assessments and the appropriateness of your compliance decisions.
Either party may terminate the Service agreement at any time:
Upon termination, you will have 30 days to export your compliance data. After this window, all organizational data will be permanently deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. When we make material changes, we will notify account administrators by email at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
Continued use of the Service after the effective date of updated terms constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree to updated terms, you may terminate your subscription before the effective date.
